Tex-Mex Turkey Bake

We like spicy food at our house so I was all about this recipe. I called it Tex-Mex Turkey Bake.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 packet Tex Mex chili seasoning
1 can black beans, drained
1 can mexicorn (I use a mix of corn and peppers)
1 can tomato soup
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 cup crunched up tortillas chips
1 cup shredded cheese
Jalapenos (however many depending on how spicy you want it)
Sour cream (optional)
More tortilla chips

Cook turkey with Tex Mex chili seasoning until turkey is cooked throughout. Add beans, mexicorn, tomato soup, and chiles to pan. Mix until blended. Pour into 9x13 pan. Put crunched up chips on top. Top with cheese and jalapenos. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Top with sour cream. My husband likes to scoop it with yet more chips.

  6. Looks fabulous! We're Texans not living in Texas at the moment, so we have to make our own Tex-Mex (the Mexican resturants here just don't get it right). So, I'm always looking for new recipes. Can't wait to try this out!
