Zoo Animal Counting

Although little man is too young to count I thought this could still be a fun activity. I put numbers 1-4 on four different Tupperware containers. I then gave little man some animal figures. I counted for him and put the same number of animals as labeled on them. I then left him with the containers and animals and he transferred the animals into each container. I knew he would find something fun to do with them. Since then he has gone over to the containers multiple times to play with them. It's the simple things. : )
